SSO picks up a Pea!

The Student Switch Off is delighted to have won the Best Energy-Saving idea at the inaugural People and Environment Achievement (Pea) Awards.

The Awards, run in association with The Co-operative, took place on Wednesday 2nd March at the National Geographic store in London. The evening was hosted by TV presenter Liz Bonnin and the SSO were slightly star-struck as Deborah Meaden of Dragon’s Den presented them with their Pea!

Many thanks once again to the thousands of students across the country supporting the SSO and driving down carbon emissions – you’re awesome!
